Retainer Plan:

We offer a retainer package for home owners that is extremely simple to implement:

• A Retainer fee is agreed on for their property.
• This retainer get's paid monthly.
• When something is required to be repaired or replaced it comes from the accumulated retainer funds.
• Especially Landlords, do not suddenly have to find the money to make repairs or paint!
• If Landlords have more than one property, they pay an agreed upon fee for all properties and the retainer is applied where it is needed.
• A small percentage of the fee is kept for admin and banking costs.
